"Knowledge is power"

A wise friend of mine said that everyone may know that property does bring prosperity into one's life, but just small of them willing to learn how. 

Is it possible when we learn something and we does not realize that we already apply it in our daily life? 

May Allah grant us all the benefits of knowledge and protect us from non benefits knowledge that does not reflect ourselves, that does not improve ourselves.
